The catalog is what your clients can buy. Products live inside product groups, and each product carries one or more pricing cycles plus the provisioning settings used when an order is paid.
Structure
- Product group — how products are grouped in the portal, e.g. Shared Hosting, Reseller, VPS.
- Product — the sellable item, with its description, limits and provisioning target.
- Pricing cycle — monthly, quarterly, annually and so on, each with its own price and setup fee.
- Add-ons — optional extras attached to a product, priced separately.
Provisioning settings
A product that should provision automatically needs a server group and the panel package or plan name to create. Without those, orders complete as billable items but nothing is created on a server.
TipHiding a product removes it from the portal but leaves existing services and their renewals untouched. Use that rather than deleting when you retire a plan.
