The onboarding wizard is the guided version of First Provider Setup. It runs after the first sign-in and can be re-opened at any time until it is completed.
The four steps

Account
Your name, email and password. This account becomes the tenant owner and receives licence and billing notices.

Company
Trading name, primary domain, default locale, currency and timezone. The domain matters: your licence is bound to it.

Server
Connect the first provisioning target. You can skip this and add servers later, but products cannot provision until one exists.

Catalog
Create a first product group and product so the client portal has something to sell.
Email verification
A verification email is sent when the account is created. Until the address is confirmed, sign-in prompts for verification. If the message does not arrive, check SMTP settings first — a failed send is logged rather than surfaced in the browser.
