First Provider Setup

Create a provider account, configure your company, connect a server, and publish your first product.

This is the shortest path from a fresh installation to selling a hosting plan. It assumes the stack is running and you can reach the admin portal.

  1. 1

    Create the owner account

Open the portal and complete the installer. The first account created becomes the owner. A 7-day trial licence is issued automatically if you did not supply a key.

  2. 2

    Set your company details

Settings → Branding. Company name, portal name, logo and support address appear on invoices, the client portal and outbound email.

  3. 3

    Configure billing

Settings → Payments. Enable Stripe or PayPal and enter the credentials. Set your default currency before issuing invoices — changing it later does not rewrite existing documents.

  4. 4

    Connect a server

Servers → Add server. Choose cPanel/WHM or Plesk, enter the hostname and API credentials, and test the connection. Provisioning will not run until a server passes its connection test.

  5. 5

    Create a product

Catalog → Product groups, then add a product with at least one pricing cycle. Assign the server group so orders know where to provision.

  6. 6

    Place a test order

Create a client, place an order against your product, and watch the provisioning job run under Provisioning. This exercises billing, provisioning and email in one pass.

NoteDo the test order before your first real customer. It is the only step that proves the panel credentials, the queue worker and outbound mail are all working together.
